Day 13 review

Well somehow I've managed to completely foul this thing up.  I'm exactly at yesterdays weight, meaning that I'm retaining the inflammation from the 1.2 gain the day before.

I did keep the whole wheat cereal in my day yesterday.  It's the only thing that's new.

I also had extra vegetable timbale at dinner because I was still hungry.  I would have had more salad, but I'm out of greens and need to run to the store.

I'm so frustrated right now.  I first hit this weight 10 DAYS AGO!!!!

I am making absolutely no progress.  I admit that I've taken several liberties with the menu.  There's a thousand excuses for it, and it comes down to the fact that I just don't have the time to cook somedays and I have to resort to things like frozen veggies.  Also, the recipes make a ton and the menus don't use all the leftovers.  I can't afford to throw the food away so I adjust the menu.

I'll go into greater detail on all that later.  I just don't have the time today.

If I can just get through today, then I'll need to replan and find my way forward.
