What a great day! Lindsey and I stayed home most of the day and just enjoyed being together. I was pretty excited about my weigh in this morning and that really helped me stay focused. I tend to do better sticking to any menu plan when I'm working. At the office, I'll only eat what I took. At home, there's just so much available to me that it's usually an issue for me.
I decided to repeat day 5. I wanted to re-test rye. I'm not sure about the first test. I've not had a strong reaction yet...one with weight gain. I'm not sure if the stalls were a food reaction, or if it was just because I was at a weight where I've spent a long time. I've found that those become set points, and on any diet plan, I'll plateau for a few days before I can bust through it.
Today's weight loss is nothing to write home about. This is the same result as the last time I tried the rye cracker. Unfortunately, I was in the same situation, being the day after a big weight loss. Is this just the normal day after, or is it how my body responds to rye. I don't know. For now, I'll skip the rye crackers and maybe test them again later.
Today I get to test steak. Oh yeah!
